Chelsea Fit & Flex LLC

 

Chelsea Fit & Flex is a supportive, respectful, and women-centered fitness and wellness community. These Community Guidelines exist to protect the integrity, safety, and purpose of the space. Participation in any community feature is conditioned on compliance with these Guidelines and the Terms of Use.

 

1. Purpose of the Community

The Chelsea Fit & Flex community is designed for encouragement, shared experience, and general discussion related to fitness, wellness, and personal growth. It is not intended to function as:

  • Individual coaching or training

  • Medical, therapeutic, or rehabilitative care

  • Technical support or troubleshooting

  • Personal counseling or crisis support

 

2. Respectful Engagement

All users must engage respectfully and in good faith.

Communication that is hostile, dismissive, demeaning, or undermining of women or women-centered spaces is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, conduct that is sexist, misogynistic, discriminatory, harassing, or intimidating.

Disagreements are permitted, but must remain civil, constructive, and on topic. Personal attacks, inflammatory language, or attempts to provoke, derail, or dominate discussion are not allowed.

 

3. Constructive Feedback & Professional Critique

Because many members of this community are writers and creative professionals, constructive critique and professional feedback are welcome and encouraged.

Users may:

  • Offer thoughtful feedback on writing, ideas, or creative work

  • Share professional insights or suggestions

  • Engage in respectful discussion or critique of creative work

However, critique must remain constructive and respectful.  Acceptable critique focuses on the work itself and may include:

  • Suggestions for improvement

  • Observations about clarity, structure, or tone

  • Professional feedback offered in good faith

Unacceptable conduct includes:

  • Personal attacks against another user

  • Dismissive or hostile criticism

  • Comments intended to embarrass, shame, or belittle another member

 

4.  Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not post, share, or engage in content or conduct that:

  • Is racist, sexist, misogynistic, homophobic, discriminatory, or hateful

  • Harasses, bullies, threatens, shames, or targets others

  • Undermines the safety, inclusivity, or purpose of the community

  • Seeks or provides individualized medical, therapeutic, or professional advice

  • Violates any applicable law or platform policy

  • Contains sexually explicit, obscene, or inappropriate material, including images or content unrelated to the purpose of the community

  • Uses the community to promote political campaigns, candidates or partisan advocacy unrelated to the Platform’s purpose

  • Misrepresents affiliation with Chelsea Fit & Flex LLC or implies endorsement by the Company of personal views, organizations or causes

  • Users may not share, repost, publish, or distribute another user’s private communications, personal information, or community content outside the Platform without permission.

 

 

5. No Solicitation or Self-Promotion

The community is not a space for advertising or promotion.

Users may not solicit, promote, or canvas for their own businesses, services, products, programs, or events within community features without the express written permission of Chelsea Fit & Flex LLC.

 

6. Boundaries and Communication Expectations

Chelsea Fit & Flex LLC is operated by a single individual. Participation in the community does not create any obligation to respond to messages, comments, or posts.

Repeated, excessive, demanding, or inappropriate messaging — including repeated requests for individualized emotional support, crisis support, or personal attention beyond the intended scope of the community — may result in moderation or restriction.

 

7. Moderation and Enforcement

Chelsea Fit & Flex LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Remove or edit content

  • Limit or disable commenting or messaging privileges

  • Restrict participation

  • Remove users from the community entirely

Moderation actions may be taken with or without prior notice. Removal from the community does not entitle users to a refund.

 

8.  Charitable Events Disclaimer

From time to time, Chelsea Fit & Flex LLC may highlight or participate in charitable initiatives or community events.

Participation in or promotion of charitable activities does not constitute endorsement by Chelsea Fit & Flex LLC of any political party, candidate, ideology, or broader agenda associated with a particular organization or cause.

Users should not interpret charitable collaborations as statements of political position or advocacy by the Company.

 

9. Relationship to Terms of Use

These Community Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Use control.
