Stop Immediately Warning

You agree to immediately stop participating and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, fainting, chest pain, shortness of breath, numbness, severe discomfort, loss of balance, or any impact or injury to the head, including bumping your head, even if symptoms initially appear mild.

 

Not Right for Everyone/Consult Your Provider

Physical activity may not be appropriate for everyone. If you have an existing injury, chronic pain, cardiovascular condition, musculoskeletal condition, neurological condition, are pregnant, or have other health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating.

 

Props and Themed Workout Disclaimer

Certain workouts may incorporate themed props (such as swords, axes, or shields) for resistance or engagement. Users are encouraged to substitute safe alternatives, such as dowels or light weights.

If you choose to use your own equipment or props, you do so entirely at your own risk. The Company does not recommend the use of sharp, heavy, or unsafe objects and assumes no responsibility for injuries arising from their use.

 

No Individualized Guidance

The Company does not provide personalized exercise instruction or medical recommendations. Any feedback provided in comments, chat rooms, or community forums is general in nature and should not be relied upon as individualized guidance.
