StorySnacks: Dark Chocolate Superfood Chips
These Dark Chocolate Superfood Chips are as healthy as they are delicious!
These are so incredibly easy to make and packed with nutrients from superfoods like blueberries, almonds, flax, and pomegranate seeds. They became a fast favorite in my house!

Ingredients:
8 oz organic dark chocolate
⅓ cup roughly chopped nuts: almond, walnut, pecan, pistachio, macadamia, etc.
1 Tbs seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, chia, flax, hemp, etc.
½ cup fruit (roughly chopped or whole, dried or fresh): mango, blueberries, figs, apricots, pineapple, dates, cherries, etc.
flaky sea salt
Prepare:
roughly chop chocolate (if in bar form) and melt in double boiler or in the microwave.
line a baking sheet in parchment paper
spoon melted chocolate onto parchment paper in 2-3 inch circles or 1x4 inch strips
before chocolate cools, sprinkle with desired toppings.
cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes and do a StoryFit workout while you’re waiting!
then enjoy!
Notes:
The featured recipe includes: blueberries, pomegranate seeds, chopped almonds, and flax seeds, topped with sea salt.
I also experimented with adding ½ cup rice puffs to the melted chocolate and stirring well before spooning it out and topping for a more cookie-like effect!
